Medical Cannabis and Sleep
According to a study at the Université Laval in Quebec, some 40 percent of adult Canadians suffer from some sort of sleep disorder such as insomnia.

Sleep and sleep disorders together are currently under intense scientific scrutiny. In addition to conditions such as insomnia, sleep apnea and narcolepsy, this also includes the relationship between medical cannabis and sleep. While there are many anecdotal reports of using medical cannabis to assist in sleeping, the scientific community is looking into how this may help or do harm for problem sleepers as well as good sleepers. Below, we present a small sample of current research into the use of medical cannabis and derivatives and sleep.
