At Tilray, we’re wholly dedicated not only to being a source of quality-controlled, rigorously tested medical cannabis, but also to providing the highest levels of customer service.

That’s why we’re especially proud to be the only Licensed Producer to have a customer service department open around the clock, 365 days a year.

The customer service team consists of over a dozen specialists, offering support in both English and French. They can be contacted by email, phone or through social media, and employ advanced customer service relationship software to efficiently and accurately manage each unique case.

Most important, each team member excels in the role of a genuinely compassionate and helpful liaison between the patient, health care practitioner and Tilray, building rapport and trust.

Every call to the department is an opportunity to establish a lasting relationship. Every question answered helps forward the initiative to educate and familiarize patients and physicians with medical cannabis.

Tilray’s visitor-friendly website is constantly updated with the latest medical cannabis information, while Tilray’s social media presence provides yet more points of contact while encouraging conversations and sharing among those learning about medical cannabis.
