Ahead of the holiday season, we’d like to advise patients who are planning or need to renew their medical document over the coming weeks to do so by early December. This will help avoid any issues that might occur due to physician holidays or clinic closures. As a reminder, Tilray applies a $100 to $250 credit to renewing patients’ accounts upon new medical document approval. Additionally, while Tilray will maintain operations throughout the holidays, we want to ensure that our patients have what they need, when they need it. We encourage patients to place orders needed for before the end of the year by December 21st. (Purolator will be closed from December 25th-28th and on Jan 1st – orders will not be shipped or delivered on those days).
