At Tilray, we strive to provide the best customer service and supply of medical cannabis products in Canada. Our commitment has always been to get your medical cannabis to you as safely, discreetly, and quickly as possible. You may have heard in the media about the Purolator workers’ strike starting on March 29. We are preparing patients for any possible impacts to shipping.

As of Monday, March 27th at 3:30 pm PT/6:30 pm ET Purolator ceased picking up any shipments from Tilray. Instead, we are offering our patients service through Canada Post effective immediately.

How will this affect registered Tilray patients? While the cost of shipping as well as shipping times will remain the same, those who prefer to pick up their orders from a depot will have many more locations to choose from. In addition, Canada Post’s Customer Call Centre is open until 11:30 pm nationwide and shipment tracking is available through their website.

Please keep in mind that “no signature required” will not be a shipping option available through Canada Post. However, if you are not available to sign for your Tilray package, it will be redirected to the closest Canada Post pick-up location. A valid, government-issued ID showing the same address as the waybill is required to claim any order.
