We’ve all heard it time and again: the best way to start your day is with a good breakfast. Today’s recipe is just that, a delicious smoothie that can be ready in under five minutes and marries the tropical flavours of Mexico and Thailand. The ingredients list includes several ingredients with known health benefits:
  • Avocado, which is loaded with vitamins and minerals (vitamins B, C, E and K, and folate and potassium), as well as healthy fats
  • Bananas, a famous source of potassium, but also a great source of dietary fibre
  • Coconut water, an excellent source of electrolytes and natural sweetness
  • Ginger, proven effective against nausea
This recipe also calls for Tilray Drops and makes 2 servings. Depending on whether 1 or 2 mL of Drops are used, each serving will contain 7.5 or 15 mg of active cannabinoids. Drops allow you to reliably control the potency of your smoothie.* As always, remember to start low and go slow. Bon appétit!
