At Tilray, we’re committed to providing the best service and offerings in the industry, and as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our patients’ experience with Tilray, we are offering a program created for patients without insurance coverage for their medical cannabis.

The Tilray Assurance Program

Access Navigator

Tilray’s Access Navigator Program is designed to provide patients with the right information and tools on how to use health-care spending accounts and/or effectively campaign for coverage options within their private insurance plan.

Access Navigators are ready to walk patients through questions that can help determine the current level of coverage. From there, they can help identify who the patient needs to speak to next and arm them with the necessary supporting materials.

Tilray continues to be a leader in advocating for medical cannabis coverage with governments and private insurance providers. Our patients are some of our best ambassadors for the benefits of medical cannabis and we want to support and empower them to continue this advocacy work to reduce the cost of their medicine and to help us make medical cannabis a mainstream medicine.

Patients that don’t have private insurance coverage may still qualify for our revised Compassionate Pricing Program.

Access Navigators are available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, toll-free at 1-844-845-7291 or access@tilray.com.
